Cấp phối bê tông là gì?
Cấp phối bê tông: là tỷ lệ giữa các thành phần vật liệu cát đá xi măng cho 1m³ bê tông. phụ thuộc vào mác bê tông, kích thước cốt liệu, chất kết dính và thành phần phụ gia.
Được quy định trong định mức dự toán vật liệu theo mác bê tông. Mác bê tông là khả năng chịu nén của mẫu bê tông, mẫu theo TCVN có kích thước hình lập phương 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm, được bảo dưỡng trong điều kiện nhất định, thường là 28 ngày và được đưa vào máy nén để đo ứng suất nén phá hủy mẫu.

Những yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới cấp phối bê tông
Thành phần cốt liệu:
Nước ảnh hưởng đến cường độ bê tông, nếu nước quá ít dẫn tới hiện tượng hỗn hợp bê tông bị khô, nhanh đông kết, không phát triển được hết cường độ.
Nếu nước quá nhiều dẫn đến độ sụt cao loãng làm hỗn hợp lâu đông kết hơn.
Vì thế, hầu hết các công ty sản xuất bê tông tươi thành lập nên những trạm trộn, tại đây bê tông tươi đều được trộn bằng máy, hệ thống điều khiển vi tính trung tâm nên sản phẩm được chia theo tỷ lệ phù hợp và đồng đều hơn mang lại hiệu quả cao.

Cách trộn bê tông đúng Mác bê tông theo tỷ lệ, cách trộn vữa xây đúng mác giúp cho bê tông được chất lượng và làm việc hiệu quả nhất
Bê tông là hỗn hợp gồm cát + đá + nước + xi măng. Vậy trộn thế nào để đạt đúng Mác theo quy định? Hầu hết, trên bao bì xi măng có ghi tỷ lệ trộn cho 1 m3 bê tông. Ví dụ:
Bê tông Mac 100: 320 kg Xi măng + 1060 Lít cát + 260 lít nước thì tỷ lệ trộn là: 6.4 bao Xi măng +1060 lít cát + 260 lít nước tương đương với 1 bao Xi măng : 165.6 lít cát : 40.6 lít nước
Lấy thùng sơn 18 lít để làm chuẩn thì tỷ lệ trộn bê tông của từng loại mác sẽ là:
Mác 200: 1 bao xi măng + 4 thùng cát + 7 thùng đá
Mac250: 1 bao xi măng + 3.5 thùng cát + 6 thùng đá
Mác 300: 1 bao xi măng + 2 thùng cát + 4 thùng đá
